Delivery
Delivery address checklist
Prepare a clear address for a house, apartment, estate, office or gift recipient.

Prepare the address before checkout
Use the recipient’s full name and the delivery location, not a billing address where nobody can receive the order. Write the street number and name separately from the building or complex name. Include the unit, suburb, city, province and postcode.
Receiving at work or in a complex
Confirm whether reception or security is permitted to accept a parcel. Give the courier enough information to reach the recipient without including unnecessary private details. A complex name does not replace a unit number, and a business name does not replace a street address.
After submitting an order
Review the address in the order details. If it is wrong, contact Planet24 support with your order reference promptly; do not assume an address edit in your profile will change a previously submitted order. A change request is not confirmation that the courier instructions have been updated.
